Privacy notice for the Fahrkurve trial registration

Controller

The controller for registration and technical operation is Fahrkurve, Hauptstrasse 24, 3806 Bönigen, Switzerland. Email: info@fahrkurve.ch.

Data processed

• driving-school and contact-person names
• email, phone and language
• password only as a protected hash
• timestamps for consent, setup, access email and logins
• a non-reversible IP-address hash to prevent abuse

Purpose

The data is used to create a normal Fahrkurve driving-school tenant and administrator account, prepare the personal trial access, run the free trial, provide support and bill the agreed platform fee if use continues.

Access and communications

Only authorised people at the platform and the driving school have access. Confirmation and access emails are sent.

Retention and deletion

When the trial driving school is permanently deleted, tenant data, accounts, bookings, documents and images are removed. Non-reversible hashes of the email address, school name or phone number may be retained solely to prevent repeated free trials.

Rights

You can request access, correction or deletion where no retention duty applies.
